14-year-old girl arrested for killing 11-year-old kid in Dallas horrific shooting

Police in Dallas says that a 14-year-old girl shot and killed an 11-year-old boy in an apartment complex. Police in Dallas said that they went to the Southern Oaks Apartments near Illinois Avenue and Interstate 45 on Sunday afternoon because someone had been shot.

Sergeant Warren Mitchell, a spokesman for the Dallas police, was quoted by ABC News as saying, “It looks like a fight between two teenagers turned deadly.” From what we know so far, there was a fight between two teenage girls before the shooting.

The police say that it looked like one of the girls took out a gun and shot at the other one. The bullet didn’t hit the girl, but it did hit a young boy nearby. He was taken to the hospital but died there.

The police said on Monday that the suspect is 14 years old.

She is said to have run away to an apartment complex nearby, where she was caught.

What happened to the other girl has not been told by the police. Police say that the suspect is being held at the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center in Dallas. He has been charged with murder and is being held there.
