A kid was hurt in an attempted carjacking at an Oak Cliff gas station on Wednesday morning, and a man was shot to death and a lady was killed in an Oak Cliff parking lot.
Around 7:40 a.m. in the first gunshot, police discovered 26-year-old Gabriella Gonzalez in a parking lot in the 800 block of South Walton Walker Boulevard. Gonzalez and Harold Thompson, 22, had a fight before the shooting, according to the police.

Gonzalez passed away there and Thompson was taken into custody; he is accused of murder.
Around 10 a.m., police said, they were called to the QuikTrip in the 4700 block of South RL Thornton Freeway in reference to the second incident.

According to Star-Telegram media partner WFAA-TV, a driver shot a guy and a teenager during an attempted carjacking out of self-defense. The suspects drove to a hospital after leaving the scene.
According to officials, the individual passed away from his injuries at the hospital. His identity has not been made public.
The adolescent was hurt, but not seriously, and is now accused of aggravated robbery.
