The “Colossal Titan” reappeared five years after Eren joined. Eren lost to it alone. He returned to headquarters and led a squad, but Eren’s leg was badly injured and many troops died. Eren dies to save Armin. Scout Regiment elites were outside the Trost District Wall before the Colossal Titan demolished it.

The Scout Regiment scouted outside the Wall to find a way to reclaim Wall Maria, which was lost five years before. They established supply camps in damaged towns and villages to secure a corridor for a big army to reach Shiganshina District, where the Wall was dismantled. They fought Titans outside the wall to safeguard the path and make new discoveries.

The Garrison Regiment’s bravery and the Scout Regiment’s return saved Wall Rose from the Titans. However, pandemonium returned to the Walls five years after Wall Maria was lost. The “might of the Titans” restored the Wall and the Colossal Titan assaulted humanity anew. Eren—friend or foe of humanity? Eren joins the Scout Regiment on their 57th trip outside the Walls while the dispute continues.
