We now know that Season 2 of Bosch: Legacy will be available on Freevee. What we know about the upcoming sophomore year is as follows.
Amazon quickly realized they had a hit on their hands with Bosch: Legacy. In fact, we were renewed for a second season before the first one even premiered. The wonderful news is that a third season has since been confirmed. This renewal comes months before the second season launch, indicating that viewers have shown up in large numbers.
That seems sensible, considering how well received the first Bosch show and books were. Michael Connelly is an esteemed and popular author, and his followers are always thrilled to learn more about his books and their TV adaptations.
Bosch Legacy Season 2 Release Date
In the meanwhile, we’re eager to learn when the show will become available on Amazon Prime Video. Although Amazon has just provided an approximate estimate, we now know when to expect the release.
Season 2 of Bosch: Legacy will premiere in the fall of 2023, according to Deadline’s confirmation of Season 3’s production. The WGA strike won’t hinder the production of this show. It has finished filming and will soon enter post-production. Amazon shouldn’t have to delay the release for any reason.

The second season will continue directly from the shocking conclusion of the first. Maddie Bosch has been kidnapped by the serial killer, and Harry will not give up control of the search for her. He’s going to have to deal with it on his own. Unfortunately, the serial murderer has set his sights on him specifically, so he needs to track him down before it’s too late.

The Cast Of Bosch Legacy Season 2
The second season will be a continuation of the series. As a result, we expect cameo appearances from many of our favorite actors. There are basically three categories of characters in the show. The lead actor or actress, secondary characters, and guest stars.
Titus Welliver plays the part of artist Hieronymus “Harry” Bosch. Before he started working for Chandler as a contractor, he was a detective for the LAPD.
Honey “Money” Chandler, played by Mimi Rogers, is a prominent defense attorney who occasionally dates Harry. Madeline “Maddie” Bosch, portrayed by Madison Lintz, is a new LAPD officer and Harry’s daughter. Stephen Chang portrays Maurice “Mo” Bassi, a tech guru who shares Harry’s appreciation for jazz.
Michael Rose plays Carl Rogers, a businessman who fatally shot Chandler and a judge. Steven Flynn plays Vance’s butler, David Sloan and Whitney Devane is Whitney Vance. John Creighton is portrayed by Phil Morris. Officer Reyna Vasquez, played by Denise G. Sanchez, is Maddie’s training officer, while Lt. I. Don Thorne, played by Mark Rolston, is her superior officer.
There were a lot of guest stars in the previous season. We expect a few of them to arrive this season, too. Major guest stars this season were Gregory Scott Cummins (Crate), Troy Evans (Barrel), and Jamie Hector (Jerry Edgar). Minor adjustments to the supporting cast and guest stars are possible.
