Florida Arrests Kingfisher County Quadruple Homicide Suspect: Oklahoma’s quadruple homicide suspect is in custody. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirmed Tuesday that the quadruple homicide suspect is in custody. A car tag reader detected the suspect’s vehicle for an OSBI warrant in Miami Beach, Florida. The suspect was caught at about 4 p.m. and sent to Miami-Dade County Detention Center.
Florida arrests a person suspected of killing four people in Kingfisher County
An individual of interest has been detained in connection with the gruesome killing of four people that took place in Kingfisher County.
The call was initially received as a hostage crisis; however, as soon as the investigators arrived on the scene, the case was categorized as an active shooter situation.
A heinous crime was committed in a marijuana grow operation that was situated just to the west of Hennessey. This location was chosen because of its proximity to the town. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation informed us that there had been a homicide that involved four Chinese nationals. This information was provided to us. At this time, the names of the victims are not being made public, and authorities are making efforts, with the assistance of translators, to get in touch with the victim’s next of kin.

The OSBI reports that the incident took occurred in the evening of Sunday, November 20, after the sun had set. On November 22, a car tag reader near Miami Beach, Florida, identified the vehicle that Wu Chen was driving, which prompted investigators to positively identify the culprit as Wu Chen. This led to Wu Chen being arrested for his role in the incident.
“This person went inside the building, which was situated on the property where marijuana was being grown and remained there for a significant amount of time before the executions started. She went on to explain that this was the reason why the call was taken as a possible hostage situation.
The investigators are still trying to put together the pieces of the puzzle that are his motivations for acting the way that he did. Arbeitman added that when the authorities arrived, they discovered the bodies of four persons who had been executed, three of whom were male and one of whom was female. Arbeitman also stated that one of the people who had been executed was a female.

“We have benefited greatly from the help that we have received from law enforcement on all levels, from the state and municipal to the U.S. Marshals. We would want to express our appreciation for all of the assistance that has been provided to us on behalf of the people who were touched by this. The Public Information Officer noted that “as a group, we are cooperating to bring these victims the justice that they deserve.”
According to a statement that was released by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, they had a valid OBN license to cultivate marijuana. However, as part of our investigation, we are looking into whether or not the license was obtained lawfully or through illegal means and whether or not it was used.
The OSBI says that charges of murder and shooting with the intent to kill will be brought against Chen.
