Florida Man’s Failed Hideout The Story of Falling from Attic While Evading Deputies

A Florida guy fell from an attic after hiding from deputies for more than two hours, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Dylan Flore was allegedly hiding out in a house on NE 4th Terrace in Cape Coral when he was wanted on two felony warrants, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

When detectives arrived at the house, they reported hearing noises coming from the attic. They claimed they made an effort to get in touch with Flore and made their presence known.

The tweet below confirms the news:

“He was not coming down. He played possum,” Flore’s sister told WBBH. “They threw five pepper grenades up there, up into my attic.”

Deputies reported that after two hours, Flore still wouldn’t leave the attic. Deputies eventually gained access to the attic and pepper sprayed Flore. He then dropped to the ground from the attic.
