On Friday, after workers arrived at Gina White’s home to find it completely engulfed in flames, they arrested her and charged her with arson of a structure. Gina White, 63, is a resident of DeLand.
Around 2:11 a.m., fire departments were called to the scene of the blaze at 517 E. Walts Avenue, where they discovered a single-family home on fire. They discovered after doing their inquiry that White put the house on fire on purpose.

She was brought to the Volusia County Jail after being arrested.
White’s home fire was ignited for an unexplained reason.
There were no reported injuries.
