Multiple litigants filed lawsuits under their state’s consumer protection statutes.

On March 4, 2007, police made an arrest of Khloe for DUI. On July 18, 2008, she turned herself in to begin her time for a probation violation. She was threatened with 30 days in jail if she didn’t enter an alcohol treatment program. However, she was released from jail owing to congestion less than three hours after being booked.
