Fans of KonoSuba can stop waiting now. Anticipation has been growing for the return of “KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!” for the second season for the past six years.
Konosuba Season 3
The third season of KonoSuba is in the works. The new season will premiere in 2024, and a new key image of the main characters embarking on a new journey has also been released. The events of the 2019 film KonoSuba: The Legend of Crimson will serve as the jumping-off point for the new season. The new season’s animation is being handled by Studio Drive.

The light novel series by Natsume Akatsuki upon which KonoSuba is based. Studio Deen adapted the series into an anime in 2016, and a second season premiered in 2017. The show is connected to another crossover anime with the working title Isekai Quartet.
To refresh your memory, the most recent KonoSuba story to have an anime adaptation is Konosuba: An Explosion on this Wonderful World! The final episode of the spin-off series aired on June 22, 2023, but its original run began on April 6, 2023. The spin-off follows Megumin, the Crimson Arch Wizard, as she develops and learns to embrace her destiny as a powerful sorceress.
The third season of KonoSuba is titled “God Bless This Wonderful World.” is currently being made and will debut in Japan in 2024. Future iterations will provide further explanation.
