Two Florida children who were reported missing from Levy County were later located safe, according to authorities, who discontinued the Florida Missing Child Alert. No other information was provided.
For two Florida youngsters who were last seen in Levy County, a Missing Child Alert has been issued.

Raiden Phoenix, age 1, and Ember Willoughby, age 11, have been missing after being last seen in the area of the 4700 block of Northeast 190th Avenue in Williston, Florida. When leaving Florida for Indiana, the kids might be traveling with Raymond Otero.
Phoenix was last spotted wearing grey shorts and a white and blue striped top, while Willoughby was last seen wearing the same outfit. They might be driving a 2004 red Chevrolet Silverado with the Florida license plate CYL8411. The car can have a temporary tag and a red topper on the back.
Otero, 48, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs around 220 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
