He is Fine Even After Many Difficulties
Michael, who is 69 years old, appeared to be in excellent health during his semi-final performance, dispelling speculations that he might be sick. And he maintained that level of enthusiasm even in the first season’s last episode.
But his health hasn’t always been excellent. He tweeted in 2019 that doctors had recommended he cancel his performance in Finland.
On Twitter, he stated, “With a heavy heart, I must inform my devoted Finnish fanbase that I am unable to make it to my scheduled performance in Oulu this coming Friday due to medical advice.
It was a challenge for me to perform in Tampere, and now I’m required to relax and seek therapy after failing to do so.”
Unfortunately, his cancellations due to illness continued. After Michael postponed several U.K. shows in October 2021, many fans expressed concern, but no information regarding his health was provided at the time.
From the looks of things, he may have fallen unwell with anything very mild in the autumn of 2021, necessitating a short sabbatical. In any case, Michael appears to have made a speedy recovery and will be performing a series of performances in the United Kingdom before the end of October 2021.
