Guys, there is no other way to put it. Naruto has returned. Masashi Kishimoto hasn’t reintroduced fans to the original series he started in years, but that all changed today with a brand-new one-shot. You can read Naruto: The Whorl Within the Spiral right now, a one-shot written by the creator of the Naruto series and devoted to Minato Namikaze.
And certainly, the one-shot fulfills our expectations in every way. By the end of this manga, Naruto fans could cry. Kishimoto came out of retirement swinging.
As you can see, Minato is the center of the latest Naruto one-shot, which is now available in English. After Minato was voted the fandom’s top choice in a global poll, The Fourth Hokage was selected to receive their own one-shot. Kishimoto has been hard at work on the extended one-shot since the poll concluded, and it is finally live.
The monumental one-shot focuses on Minato’s activities as a ninja before he attained the rank of Hokage. We get to watch Minato engage in combat with his initial genin squad. The project also demonstrates how Minato and Kushina’s connection develops into a well-known romance.

Minato’s development of the Rasengan and his role in taming the Kurama inside Kushina are both explored in Naruto: The Whorl Within the Spiral. This one-shot is excellent and demonstrates that there is still a ton of content to be mined for Naruto thanks in large part to Kishimoto’s stunning artwork. So, if you’ve been missing Kishimoto’s work, you’re going to cry over this new release.
