Authorities said autopsies proved a mother and her infant daughter were m*rdered after they were found de@d in their Franklin, New Hampshire, home on Saturday.
After killing the family in their Elkins Street house, the suspect, the infant’s father, shot himself on the Merrimack River’s banks, according to law enforcement officials.
According to investigators, Nicole Hughes, 35, and their 1-and-a-half-year-old daughter Ariella Bell were shot and killed by 42-year-old Jamie Bell.
In addition, Hughes’ 5-year-old ex-girlfriend’s daughter was shot in the arm and taken to Children’s Hospital in Boston. She is anticipated to live.

First responders were summoned to a complaint of gunshots in the vicinity of 124 Elkins Street at around 12:15 on Saturday, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
After Bell was named as a suspect, investigators launched a five-hour manhunt for him before discovering his death and a self-inflicted neck wound.

According to the AG’s office, there is no proof that any further suspects were engaged in the fatal shot. There was no obvious indication of a reason.
