Phil and Amy’s 1999 La Jolla, California, home cost them $1.65 million. They got $2.745 million for the home back in 2012.
Phil and his family have long called the California community of Rancho Santa Fe home. About $6 million was spent in 2001 to purchase the 4.55-acre plot. In 2008, they put it on the market for a whopping $12.2 million. In January 2015, they settled for $5.75 million.
