Police in Philadelphia say that a volunteer youth coach sexually assaulted two teenage girls. The coach was arrested and charged with this crime.
Timothy Foster, 38 years old, was wanted for the sexual assaults. On Thursday, he turned himself in. FOX 29 reported that Philadelphia police said he raped and had an inappropriate relationship with two teenage girls.
Foster coached kids at the Port Richmond Tigers Sports Athletic Association as a volunteer. Two people were killed, and one was seriously hurt in a shooting inside a Philadelphia takeout restaurant.
At a press conference on Friday, police said the investigation began after a 14-year-old girl said Foster hurt her on January 9.

On January 11, a girl who was 13 years old also told police that Foster had hit her. Foster and the two girls had written long messages to each other on social media. According to twitter.

Police in Philadelphia says that a volunteer youth coach was caught and charged with sexually assaulting two teenage girls.
Police also said that some of the alleged attacks happened while other teenage girls were in Foster’s house.
Foster was charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, sexual assault, rape, and other crimes.
