About the book Stranger in Paradise
Final Fantasy: Stranger in Paradise Origin is an action role-playing game in which players take on the role of the main character, Jack, and fight Final Fantasy monsters while exploring different environments. Combat happens in real time, and Jack can change between his two jobs and use both physical and magical attacks.
When an enemy’s “break gauge” is empty, Jack can finish them off with a blow that turns them into crystals. This lets him harvest them and get some of his magic metre back.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is basically a retold version of the first Final Fantasy game, but with a lot of harshness added to it. The combat looks like it was taken right out of the Souls-like playbook, which shouldn’t be a problem since the game was made by the same people who made the Nioh series.
How To Get Better At Stranger Of Paradise Game?
- If you want the best items, make sure your character has a high Luck stat. The higher the stat, the more likely it is that you’ll get more powerful equipment than normal loot.
- Have you ever come across a “Dark Vent”? Kill them as soon as you can, because the longer they stay alive, the more enemies will appear in the area.
- Visit every Cube you find during a mission to not only get your HP and MP back, but also to get your potions refilled.
- When you attack an enemy from behind, you can do critical damage. This will also cause more damage than usual when something breaks.
- In System settings, under “Basic,” you can make headgear invisible. You can also cut down on the Soul Burst animations if you want to speed up the fights.
- Try breaking things like barrels, crates, and other things you find as you explore the different areas to earn small amounts of MP.
- There is a lot of loot to find in Stranger of Paradise, so it won’t take long for later missions to reach the already high item cap of 4,500. When you get back to the world map, go to the Smithy and start taking apart your gear to get special materials that you can use to improve your weapons and armour.
- By using elevators, ladders, and even ropes, you can avoid having to walk a long way back to Cubes after dying.
- Stranger of Paradise doesn’t always explain everything well, so use the “Tips” section of the main menu a lot. This handy journal will be like an encyclopaedia for all of the game’s Mechanics, Jobs, Weapons, and even Bosses, with lots of useful information that you might not have known or noticed along the way.
