Street Fighter 6 platforms

Street Fighter 6 will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC players on Steam. This means that the fighting game is coming back to Xbox consoles. How to play Street Fighter 6

The newest Street Fighter 6 gameplay trailer shows some gameplay, the new characters Jamie and Luke, and different game modes like World Tour, Battle Mode, and the classic Fighting Ground. We also got to see how the new Drive system, which lets you do different moves while fighting, worked.

Story of Street Fighter 6

It looks like Street Fighter 6 will pick up the story where Street Fighter 5 left off. In the trailer, Ryu, one of the most popular characters in the series, fights Luke, a mixed martial artist who was added to Street Fighter 5 in its very last roster update. People who don’t know much about the Street Fighter games might not realize how much story there is behind them, so it will be interesting to see how this game fits into the franchise’s timeline and the bigger story. We’ll tell you more as we find out.

video for Street Fighter 6

In February 2022, when Street Fighter 6 was announced, Capcom showed the first trailer for the game. It’s more of a CGI teaser than anything else, but you should still check it out. Check it out below while we wait for the release date of Street Fighter 6 to be confirmed.

Is Street Fighter 6 available to pre-order?

Street Fighter 6 is now available for pre-order at a variety of shops, including GAME. It appears as though many locations do not yet have their product pages live, although it is unlikely that this situation will persist for very long.

In spite of this, if you really can’t stand the thought of waiting, you may practice getting ready by finishing off Street Fighter 5, in the event that you haven’t already done so. The game, which was released all the way back in 2016, can be obtained for a reasonable price at this point. Have a look at the discounts that are available.

Street Fighter 6 has a new type of control

The Modern Control Type is a first for the main series. It makes Street Fighter easy to play without having to learn combos and special moves. The modern control scheme makes it so that you only have to press one button to do a special move instead of multiple buttons.

Using Ryu as an example, players can do all four of his special moves by pressing one button and direction input. The same is true for Super Arts, but you have to press two buttons at the same time. As for combos, players can use four assisted combos by holding a modifier and tapping a button at the same time.

There are, however, some problems with this method of control. If players use the modern control type, they won’t be able to use all of a character’s tools, and it’s not clear yet how this system works with charge characters. It’s unlikely that a high-level player who uses traditional controls can beat someone who uses this new control scheme.
