Yasuhiro Makino’s Bakuon!! – Amano Onsa no Nikoichi Hanjki (Bakuon!! – A Record of Onsa Amano’s Thriving Jury Rigging) spinoff manga will receive a new serialization in the publication’s next issue on September 5, according to the September issue of Akita Shoten’s Bessatsu Young Champion magazine. The manga’s initial serialization began in April 2018 and finished in September 2018 on Akita Shoten’s Champion Cross website.
The protagonist of the manga is Onsa Amano, who first appeared in the Bakuon!! comic. The manga’s sole compilation book volume was released by Akita Shoten in December 2018.
On Tuesday, the final chapter of the Bakuon!! Taiwan-hen (Bakuon!! Taiwan Arc) spinoff manga by Mimana Orimoto and Guiya Ta was also published in the September edition of Bessatsu Young Champion. On October 20, the fourth and final volume of the manga will be released.

In February 2011, the original Bakuon!! manga series was released in Young Champion Retsu magazine by Orimoto (Mahou Shoujo Neko X, Maid in Japan). On October 20, Akita Shoten will release the 17th volume of the manga’s compilation book. In April 2016, a 12-episode television anime adaptation debuted. Crunchyroll and The Anime Network streamed the anime, which Sentai Filmworks licensed.
Amano Onsa no Nikoichi Hanjki, Bakuon!!, and Bakuon!! 2018 saw the release of Bakuon!! – Suzunoki Rin no Yab (Bakuon!! – Rin Suzunoki’s Ambition), another spinoff manga. Akira Aoi began the manga in May 2018 and finished it in October 2018 for Akita Shoten’s Champion RED magazine. The manga’s first volume was released by Akita Shoten in December 2018.
