Trinity Backus, a Missing California Teen, Has Been Found Dead

On Thursday, it was disclosed that Trinity Backus, who was just 16 years old at the time, had vanished from northern California. At the time, she was last seen in northern California. On Friday, the public was informed by the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office that she had been sadly located dead not too far from the site where she had been sighted the night before. The location of her death was not too far from where she had been spotted the previous evening.

The body of the young person who had been reported missing had been found, as stated in a post that was made public on the Facebook page of the sheriff’s office just after 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

The sheriff’s office stated that the location where she was discovered was in a “quite heavily forested river drainage zone.” This was the description given of the area where she was discovered. This location was situated around a half mile to the north of where her aunt had her home.

According to the most recent statement made by the National Criminal Investigative Service (NCSO), there is “nothing strange” about her passing away at this time.

In spite of the fact that it is not yet known what caused Backus to die away, the coroner’s division will investigate the incident and conduct an autopsy in addition to their investigation of the case.

The National Capital Search and Rescue Organization (NCSO) expressed its sympathy for the family in a post on its Facebook page. The post said, “We have been in connection with the family and extend them our profound sympathies as they go through this sadness.” We respectfully request that you keep this information to yourself in order to honor their desire for privacy.

The sheriff’s office also expressed its “deep gratitude” to the hundreds of volunteers from groups situated all across northern California who took part in the search for the missing person. These volunteers were involved in the search for the missing individual. These volunteers assisted in the search for the individual who had been reported missing and who was believed to have been seen in the region most recently.

After Backus left her aunt’s house on Wednesday night at around 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time, she was not seen or heard from again until Thursday, when she was reported missing by her family. The last time that anyone saw her, she was just dressed in her nightgown and a robe of a dark hue; she was not wearing any shoes at all.

Aunt Ashley Bjorklund is quoted as stating that the family is “lost, unhappy, heartbroken, and terrified out of our wits” in an earlier article that was published on Friday by Fox News Digital. She was discussing the adolescent’s relatives at that point in the conversation.

Backus was visiting Bjorklund at her home on Kentucky Ravine Road in Nevada City, California, at the time she vanished without a trace. The property that Bjorklund’s residence is situated on spans a total area of twelve acres. At the time, she was having a great time spending the night at a friend’s house, and she was doing so at the location in question.

There is no explanation as to why she decided to walk out of the house in the first place.
