Their claims come after an update was issued by the police on Monday evening. In the post, it was said that investigators were able to collect a dog from the property “on the night of the occurrence.” Their statements came after the update. “The dog was turned over to Animal Services unscathed, and they, in turn, released it to a responsible citizen,” according to the Moscow Police Department.
